Cancellation Policy

 

Jolly Education and Training is not required to provide refunds when participants are unable to attend a professional learning event.  However, during this period where there is an increased rate of illness in the community, if a participant is unable to attend a professional learning event due to illness, Jolly Education and Training will offer to credit their registration fee to another professional learning event (or to a purchase from the Jolly Education and Training online store).

If Jolly Education and Training needs to postpone a professional learning event, due to the risk of illness or otherwise, Jolly Education and Training will reschedule the event to a future time and will notify attendees of the new date.  (If an attendee is unable to attend the event at the new date, Jolly Education and Training will offer to credit their registration fee to another professional learning event (or to a purchase from the Jolly Education and Training online store)).

If Jolly Education and Training is unable to re-schedule a professional development event, Jolly Education and Training will offer a full refund of the attendees’ registration fees.

Registration to professional learning events can be transferred to another attendee. Please advise us of any changes to event attendees (including any dietary requirements).

 

Refund Policy

 

Jolly Education and Training is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about purchases from our online store. You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

If the problem is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time (if possible). If it is not repaired or replaced in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund. Please keep your proof of purchase – for example, your receipt.

 

Delivery Timeframes

 

Jolly Education and Training endeavour to send all items purchased from our online store within 3 business days of purchase.

 

Shipping returns

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Normanhurst NSW 2076.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
